The Goffstown Main Street Program, a downtown revitalization
organization, will host the town's Old Home Day on Saturday,
June 7, 2008. Among the many events for the day will be a sale of
art by local area artists. The sale, organized by Main Street's Art Team, will take place on Main Street in the center of town
from 10 am to 4 pm.

NH Plein Air artists are invited to "Paint the Town" throughout the day and participate in a wet paint sale beginning at 3 p.m.  A special tent will be available for participating plein air artists to sell their work. In appreciation of artists there is no entrance fee and no commission on sales. However, a contribution to the Main Street Program would be welcomed.

Sue Whittaker, Raven Sky, Pat LaBrecque, and Randy Knowles will be painting, so join us if you can.

The festival will include musical performances, demonstrations by local agricultural organizations and craftsmen, gymnastics and karate demonstrations,an antique fire pumper exhibition, a fishing derby,
kids' games, an auction, and a trolley ride.
